AMD Memory modules will soon be available for all customers
AMD Radeon branded RAM coming soon

A few months ago AMD planned to manufacture DRAMs under its own brand. AMD originally intended for OEM market and finally planned to expand the availability of memory modules to the retail market. Hence it is expected that this will be available for all consumers in short.
These memories will be marketed under the brand name AMD Memory and AMD has finally prepared 3 models:
- AMD Memory Entertainment Edition
- AMD Memory Performance Edition
- AMD Memory Radeon Edition
AMD Memory Entertainment Edition
AMD Memory Entertainment Edition will consist of Memory Modules DDR3-1333 which will specially focus on low cost equipment.
AMD Memory Performance Edition
AMD Memory Performance Edition will consist of DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1600, and it will focus on mid-range equipment’s which focus on multimedia and gaming.
AMD Memory Radeon Edition
AMD Memory Radeon Edition will be the top memory module which will include DDR3-1866 and will focus on the enthusiastic audience.
Common Features of AMD memory module
All AMD Memory modules will be available in 2GB, 4GB and 8GB capacities and Radeon memory will include a heat sink as an additional feature. It seems that AMD will establish partnership with another manufacturer to produce this memory, since they have no known facilities to fabricate the components and are likely rebranding another company’s parts. The exact release date is still not revealed.
